Small Groups

Support for the day-to-day challenges of living the Christian life happens best in small groups. We are called to process, discern, listen, and pray together on a regular basis. Authentic Christian community is nurtured and sustained by small group ministry. Our goal is to have multiple options available at all times for people to find community, grow spiritually and develop means of accountability for their life of discipleship. Some groups are designed for short-term participation and others grow into being covenant groups that meet on a consistent long-term basis. There are also fellowship or infinity groups that emerge from time to time.

Common Threads

12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Do you enjoy quilting, knitting, or any other types of crafting? Then the Common Threads small group may be just the thing for you! The group will meet on Tuesday afternoons. No need to make a weekly commitment—just come when you can! It’s your opportunity to get together with other crafters in an unstructured setting to work on projects, learn new things and just share a time of fellowship.

Sisters in the Spirit

Every-other Monday

7:00 pm

Sisters in the Spirit is a small group of women who meet every other Monday at 7 p.m.  We study books together as a way of starting discussions and  getting to know one another.  We will be starting a new (as yet undetermined) book in January 2017, making that a perfect time for new people to join us.  Chris Streeter and Terri Ciosek share leadership of the group.  Watch the Sunday bulletin or e-newsletter for the starting date.
